Purpose of the Role

• The SMT Technician is responsible for smooth production, for the proper operation of entrusted production lines, for their reconstruction and regular maintenance according to company standards and regulations. Represents the SMT Master in his absence. Checks whether the work on the machines is performed according to the prescribed company standards and regulations, in the required quality and quantity. A senior employee within the NPI (new project implementation) is responsible for creating programs for machines, establishing documentation and handing over documents for creating work procedures.
