Main Responsibilities

  • - TSD Project Management & Execution

    - TSD Site Business Management

    - Team Development

    - Technology Roadmap Development

Minimum Qualifications

  • - Graduate of any engineering course

    - With at least 12 years' experience in any engineering field, majority on a managerial position

    - With strong background in Electronics, Test Development and New Test Technologies

    - Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills (written or oral)

    - Strong Project Management skills, highly analytical and with attention to details

    - Performance management, coaching skills

    - NI Test Development Platform experience/expertise is an advantage

    - Basic understanding of the electronics / semicon industry or business process

    - Basic P&L and cost management
