The IMI Cadetship is a comprehensive technical program designed to develop potential future leaders for IMI. Competencies in different fields such as manufacturing engineering, design and development, test and systems development, value engineering, production, business development, and sales and marketing are focused and supported with effective and customized learning methodologies.

The company partnered with the Ayala Group and Coursera to provide access to excellent online leadership and technical programs on the Coursera platform. Aside from this, a good number IMI leaders have completed Leader Acceleration Program and Emerging Ayala Group Leadership programs through its collaboration with the Ayala Group’s LEAD Network.
The Project Leader Academy is a program specifically designed for project management professionals and seeks to improve project management capabilities, better efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.
